Facilities and services
Everything at the hacienda is designed around slow days in the countryside: eat well, swim, sit in the shade and let the mountains do the rest.
Food and drink
Free continental breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and there is a restaurant, a bar and lounge, a coffee shop and a snack bar on site, with coffee and tea available in the common areas. A free daily manager's reception brings guests together in the evening, and private picnics can be prepared for a day out in the hills.
Pool, garden and terrace
The seasonal outdoor pool is open from 1 May to 30 September, surrounded by a tiled sun terrace with loungers, palms and olive trees. The garden has outdoor furniture and shaded corners, the terrace looks out over the sierra, and the hotel sits in a nature reserve in the mountains.
Internet and in-room comfort
Free Wi-Fi with a speed of 100+ Mbps, good for one or two people or up to six devices, is available in all rooms and in some public areas. Rooms are climate-controlled with air conditioning and heating, and each has a smart TV with Netflix, streaming services and premium channels.
Parking and arrival
Free secured, uncovered self-parking is available on site, with a limited number of spaces. The front desk is staffed daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM and after-hours check-in is not available. The property has no lift.
Guest services
Daily housekeeping, a dry-cleaning and laundry service, a change of towels on request, guidebooks and local maps, and proposal and romance packages are all available. The hotel is pet-friendly for dogs and cats, with food and water bowls provided, and there are designated smoking areas where fines apply outside them. Staff speak English and Spanish. Safety features include a fire extinguisher.
