Policies

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check-out is before noon, with a minimum check-in age of 18. The front desk is staffed daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM and the property does not offer after-hours check-in. Credit cards, debit cards and cash are accepted, and cash transactions cannot exceed EUR 1000 due to national regulations. Government-issued photo identification and a card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges, and special requests are subject to availability. The property has no lift.

Pets and extra beds

Dogs and cats are welcome for EUR 20 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of EUR 50 per stay; food and water bowls are provided and service animals are exempt from fees. Rollaway or extra beds cost EUR 45 per day where available, and cribs are not available.

Seasonal closures

The bar and lounge, dining venues, parking area and swimming pool are closed each year from 21 December to 9 January. The outdoor pool is open from 1 May to 30 September.
